TotalEnergies Global Services Philippines is currently looking for aSenior Accountant, Asset Management

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for booking monthly journal entries for sold SLB projects such as revenue recognition, cash entries, amortization, accruals and depreciation in accordance with GAAP and Non-GAAP requirements
• Maintains schedules of all financial calculation (Depreciation, Amortization, Accruals) of each project for monthly booking of transactions.
• Responsible for monthly reconciliation and analysis for accounts . Supports in the preparation of stand-alone financial statements and stand-alone audit.
• Provide support for PBC requirements and other finance and audit duties as assigned.
  • Provides analytical support for business decisions and participate / lead special projects and process improvements initiatives.
  • Provide support for the weekly preparation of financial workbook.
  • Provide support for the timely preparation of sales and used tax.

Key Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Finance related courses.
• Experience in various accounting areas like General Accounting., Asset Management & Financial Data Analysis
• Preferably at least 2 years in full cycle accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Can work well at different levels of the organization
