The Financial Accountant will take ownership of the Company's key financial processes and deliver insightful analysis to support business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Full Bank Reconciliations for all monies passing through your department.
- Cash Flow Predictions & Forecasting
- Ensuring all Sales and Billing are working as expected, hence no loss of Revenue.
- Credit Note Review and ultimately, approval of the same within agreed terms.
- Becoming a SUPER USER in all in-house packages and becoming a main point of contact with such external Software/CRM Providers.
- Reviewing Weekly Management Accounts and comparing to Monthly Management Accounts. Investigate and explain any significant variances.
- Compilation of KPI's and regular review of the same.
- From your KPI's and knowledge of the business, assist in annual budget preparation.
- Staff Supervision, training, and development.
- Assist in Annual and Interim Audits.
- New Business Acquisitions & Integrations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fully qualified with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience and a current member of a recognised Accountancy body.
- Must be a CPA-passer in the Philippines
- Practice / Industry Trained, including bringing Accounts to Trial Balance Stage.
- People management skills is a plus
- Advanced Excel Skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle and analyse large volumes of complex financial data.
- Strong English Communication Skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to work in UK hours (4 PM to 1 AM Manila time)
- Able to work full-time onsite in our office in BGC, Taguig City
