Qualifications
- CPA preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- 5-8 years accounting experience (at least 3 years in manufacturing)
- Strong background in cost accounting and inventory accounting
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR compliance

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- General Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing process.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (BS, IS, CF).
- Ensure compliance with PFRS and Philippine tax regulations.
- Review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Supervise accounting staff and review reconciliations.
- Cost Accounting (Manufacturing-Focused)
- Monitor raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
- Compute standard cost and actual production variances.
- Analyze production costs (labor, overhead, utilities).
- Maintain bill of materials (BOM) accuracy.
- Conduct inventory costing and periodic physical inventory
reconciliation.
- Prepare cost of goods manufactured (COGM) and cost of goods sold
(COGS) reports.
- Inventory & Warehouse Accounting
- Ensure proper inventory valuation (FIFO/Weighted Average).
- Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
- Tax Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
- Prepare and review VAT, EWT, FWT, and other tax filings.
- Coordinate with external auditors and BIR examiners.
- Ensure compliance with all government and regulatory requirements (if
applicable).
- Manage annual audit preparation.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight
- Monitor aging of receivables and payables.
- Ensure timely vendor payments.
- Implement credit control policies.
- Internal Controls & Process Improvement
- Implement internal control procedures.
- Improve accounting workflows and automation.
- Ensure segregation of duties in finance processes.
- Identify fraud risks and control gaps.
- Financial Analysis & Management Support
- Prepare budget vs. actual analysis.
- Support pricing decisions through cost analysis.
- Provide financial insights to operations and management.
- Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.
- Banking & Treasury Support
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Support financing and loan documentation.
Pay: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month (or can adjust according to
the asking salary upon interview)
