Aureada CPA Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team at our Lucena office. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QBO) and MS Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
