POSITION SUMMARY

The Consultant will support finance transformation activities including reconciliation clean-up, balance sheet transfers, data migration, testing, cutover execution, and hypercare support. The role partners with Finance, Tax, Operations, and FinTech teams to ensure smooth transition and operational readiness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform data clean-up activities including reconciliation solutioning, aged recon write-offs, and balance sheet clear-downs.
  • Coordinate balance sheet transfer analysis and approvals with BUF, Tax, and CFM teams.
  • Prepare and document write-off and transfer memos.
  • Execute intercompany billing, fixed asset transfers, and OBS journal entries.
  • Support migration of historical financial data including AR, AP, GRIR, and PO transactions.
  • Coordinate master data setup across Legacy and NewCo systems (CMD, VMD, project codes, GL extensions).
  • Support testing and validation activities including penny testing for IC billing and asset transfer transactions.
  • Assist in invoice cutover planning and settlement setup for IC and third-party transactions.
  • Provide hypercare support including OBS corrections, interface reversals, manual postings, and cash investigation activities.
  • Train ATR Operations teams on separation-related processes and communicate market-specific cutover requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cleansing, migration, and cutover activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of professional accounting experience is required (preferably with Shared Services experience)
  • Educational Attainment: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related finance and accounting courses is required.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is good to have
  • Experience with SAP or other ERPs
  • Experience in a shared services center of a multinational corporation is desirable

  • Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x onsite weekly)
  • Work Location: BGC
  • Work Schedule: TBD - Global Support - shift will depend on region supported (EMEA, US, ASPAC)
