We're on the lookout for an exceptional, senior Account/Project Manager, with a healthcare background and a diverse set of skills to navigate the complex landscape of managing an online summit.
In this role, you'll be orchestrating daily summit meetings with medical doctors and handling anywhere from 8 to 10 high-impact projects annually. Each Summit project spans roughly 6 - 9 months, demanding not only technical proficiency but also a knack for cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with our esteemed DrTalks community of doctors. The job is not a website builder, we have other people to do that. However, the ability to learn those systems and use them fluently to make on the fly changes to our Summit websites is critical to this position.

Job responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between our esteemed summit hosts, comprised of medical professionals, and our internal team.
- Cultivate and fortify robust business relationships with our hosts, ensuring a foundation of trust and collaboration.
- Regularly communicate project updates to hosts/speakers, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the duration of the project.
- Address host/speaker concerns promptly, demonstrating a proactive approach to managing challenges as they arise.
- Take charge of preparing agendas and facilitating weekly host calls, ensuring a streamlined and productive exchange of ideas.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members on a day-to-day basis, overseeing task execution to guarantee timely completion.
- Deliver comprehensive weekly progress reports on summit developments to superiors, providing valuable insights and updates.
- Contribute actively to the collective team effort by effectively fulfilling assigned responsibilities.
- Expertly manage the logistics and execution of live webinars, ensuring a smooth and impactful presentation
Work Hours:
Full-time (8 hours/day) U.S. Pacific/Eastern Time
*Our summits either start or end on weekends, so you must be willing to work weekends in order to be considered for this position.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as an Account Manager, demonstrating 3-5 years of experience in client management.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English to facilitate clear communication.
- Exceptional computer skills, including adept organization and time management abilities, supported by a reliable WIFI connection.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Active Campaign and Teamwork; additional familiarity with Google Suite, WooCommerce, and Everflow is highly desirable.
- Positive and proactive attitude, always ready to assist others with a can-do approach.
- Robust project management skills, driven by a commitment to achieving tangible results.
- Active listener with an engaging communication style, characterized by a friendly and approachable voice.
