Job Description

In this senior role, you completely own the client relationship, orchestrate the specialist team behind you, and ensure that work is delivered flawlessly, billed accurately, and reviewed regularly. Our specialists focus on doing what they do best: executing great work. You focus on the strategic overarching relationship, making sure the right work happens, the right way, and on time.

As a Senior AM, you will take ownership of a high-value portfolio spanning B2B RevOps retainers, government and NFP accounts, and longer-term brand clients.

What you'll do

  • Strategic Relationship Ownership: Serve as the primary, named relationship owner for a senior portfolio of active accounts. When a client calls or emails, you are the single point of contact, leadership, and accountability.

  • High-Level Client Cadence: Lead all client meetings—from regular check-ins and performance reviews to quarterly strategy sessions. You'll set the agenda, present commercial results, and capture clear action items.

  • Team Orchestration: Translate complex client priorities into actionable Teamwork tasks with defined scopes, owners, and deadlines. You will proactively chase work, manage internal resource capacity, and escalate risks before they impact delivery.

  • Quality Assurance & Standards: Act as the final line of defense, QA'ing all outgoing deliverables (reports, decks, strategic plans, creative assets) to ensure they meet high-quality standards before reaching the client.

  • Financial & Commercial Alignment: Partner closely with our Finance Lead to guarantee invoicing accuracy (work delivered equals work billed) and monitor project margins.

  • Growth & Retention: Identify organic upsell and retention opportunities within your live book. Our clients boast world-class NPS scores and a long-term average tenure—the trust is already established, and the room to strategically scale them is real.


You must have

  • Tenured Digital Agency Experience: Deeply experienced in client-facing project management or account management within a digital marketing or growth agency context. Please note: In-house PM or non-agency experience won't translate for this role.

  • Project Management Tool Fluency: Deep hands-on experience with Teamwork, Asana, ClickUp, or equivalent platforms. You essentially live in the project tool to keep teams moving.

  • Commercial & Leadership Confidence: Highly comfortable running high-stakes client meetings, presenting complex performance data, and navigating difficult commercial conversations (e.g., handling scope creep, late deliverables, or performance dips).

  • Digital & Marketing Literacy: A strong working knowledge of paid media, email marketing, SEO, and web development. You don't need to execute the work, but you must know enough to scope it, brief it, and spot potential risks.

  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Experience working with remote specialist teams across different time zones (we collaborate closely with team members in the Philippines).

  • High Emotional Intelligence: An exceptional ability to read the room. You notice when a client is quietly unhappy, or when a specialist is overloaded and trying to hide it.

  • Tech-Forward Mindset: You actively embrace AI and modern tech as part of your daily workflow. We leverage AI across our delivery and operations, and you will be expected to do the same to drive efficiency.

  • Accountability & Drive: You thrive on clear KPIs (client retention, NPS, upsell revenue, and project margins). The people who excel here get a genuine buzz from hitting and exceeding commercial targets.

  • Communication: Flawless professional written and verbal English with a sharp attention to detail.


Bonus points for

  • Previous experience working at a dedicated B2B or performance growth agency.

  • Familiarity with the core platforms we handle: HubSpot, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4.

  • Prior experience managing Australian Government or Not-For-Profit (NFP) accounts.
