Client Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for middle management clients
- Build strong understanding of the client's brand and industry
- Lead and present BAU (business-as-usual) initiatives and updates
- Manage client approvals and alignments
Project Management
- Lead internal project and planning meetings
- Supervise and guide Account Executives on daily tasks
- Create and manage project timelines and schedules
- Coordinate and manage third-party suppliers and partners
- Oversee content calendar approvals and Ad FA approvals
- Manage ASC lawyering and processing requirements
- Coordinate with production teams and producers for project execution
- Manage KOL/influencer campaign execution, coordination, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Team & Task Management
- Review and approve concepts and recommendations
- Coordinate with strategy, production, planning, media, and influencer teams
- Review and approve media plans
- Lead internal alignments and status meetings
- Create and manage job orders (JOs)
Business Management
- Support new business and pitch initiatives when needed
- Assist in revenue management and CE preparation
- Monitor account health and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Management, orrelatedfield •At least 4–6 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or advertising
•Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, digital, and content execution
•Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
•Familiarity withASC processes, approvals, and production coordination is an advantage
