Job description:
We are looking for an Senior Account Manager with proven experience in brand activations, retail, and omnichannel marketing to lead senior client relationships and deliver integrated customer experiences across online and offline touchpoints. This role combines strategy, customer journey design, team leadership, and commercial ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow senior client partnerships; act as the main client contact
- Drive omnichannel strategy and customer journey design across acquisition and retention
- Lead cross-functional teams (account, project, events, activations, retail operations)
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, timelines, and documentation
- Own account revenue, profitability, KPIs, and accurate cost estimates
- Apply omnichannel and CX trends to client proposals and solutions
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years agency experience.
- Strong background in brand activations, experiential, and/or retail marketing
- Experience designing and implementing customer experience journeys
- Proven senior client management and team leadership skills
- Commercially strong with experience managing budgets and margins
