Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management (advertising industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of advertising, media channels, and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
  • Analytical and detail-oriented; experience with reporting tools is a plus
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management
  • Proven leadership and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in CRM and project management tools

Work Setup & Other Requirements

  • Hybrid setup (remote + onsite in Makati as needed)
  • Open to client meetings and occasional weekend work
  • Willing to travel for events or business needs
  • Stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps)
  • Comfortable handling virtual meetings
  • Company-issued laptop provided
