Job Description

Job Summary:

This role involves being the key liaison between client and internal teams, ensuring strategic communications and creative execution of e-campaigns are delivered with high quality. Lead and manage client accounts. Additionally, maintain strong client relationship to drive business growth while ensuring project are completed within time and budget. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams and third party supplier to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Stay updated on products, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Identify marketing opportunities and assist in developing strategies.

Project Management:

  • Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Support content calendar management and task prioritization.
  • Address issues proactively and ensure accurate deliverables.

Task Management:

  • Assist in project preparation and presentations.
  • Coordinate with strategic, digital, and media teams.
  • Manage regulatory requirements (FDA, DTI, ASC) and reporting.

Business Management:

  • Ensure client approvals and assist with billing coordination with Finance.

Profitability:

  • Support project execution and profitability tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • With account management experience from advertising or marketing is a MUST!
  • 2+ years of experience in advertising or related disciplines is a MUST!
  • Preferably with team-leading experience
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Good understanding of digital and traditional media.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php 50,000.00 per month
