ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR AN EVENTS & ACTIVATIONS AGENCY
Job Brief
We are an Events and Activations Agency and we are looking for an Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience in the Advertising Agency.
An Account Manager's main task is to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned brands, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Role:
NEW BUSINESS ACQUISITION AND LATERAL GROWTH
- Acquisition of new accounts and growing business with existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Understand clients business and brands and be able to think strategically in growing those brands.
- Conducts client presentations.
MAINTAIN EXISTING CLIENTS
- Meeting client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Must have a complete understanding of assigned key account needs by presenting regular deep dive, market scan and growth opportunities on assigned accounts
- Create a comprehensive cost estimate.
- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client and maintaining confidentiality in this aspect.
- Prepares updates and presents sales forecasts and analysis. Sales reports, pre-post project evaluations and other documentations related to client management.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the VP for IMPLEMENTATION to solidify the brand and brand position of the company and execute strategic campaigns to achieve brand recognition.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Advertising, Communication Arts, Business Management, Marketing Management or any related course
- Mastery of creating cost estimates, sales report, pre and post project evaluations
- Minimum of 2 years solid experience in the advertising field.
- Core competence: Mounting of Events and Activations.
- Must have led or was part of a team that implemented at least 5 successful brand campaigns.
- Have not transferred jobs in the past 1 year
- Can start ASAP this January 2026.

IMPORTANT:
- While this is mainly a hybrid work arrangement in which you are expected to work in office 1-2x a week, you shall be requested to attend a face to face meeting as needed.
