Role Overview:
As an Account Manager at Partipost, you will be the key liaison between our brand partners and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered with excellence and drive measurable results. You'll manage end-to-end client relationshipsfrom onboarding and campaign planning to execution and reportingwhile identifying opportunities to grow and retain client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of brand clients across industries, ensuring campaign success and client satisfaction
- Lead onboarding sessions and translate client objectives into effective influencer campaign strategies
- Work closely with campaign, creative, and influencer teams to execute campaigns on time and within scope
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing proactive updates, insights, and solutions
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and deliver regular performance reports and post-campaign analyses
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to renew and grow client accounts
- Act as a client advocate internally, representing client needs to improve platform and campaign delivery
- Stay current with influencer marketing trends, platform capabilities, and competitive landscape
- Support the optimization of internal processes for better campaign execution and client experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 24 years of experience in account management, client services, or campaign execution (preferably in marketing, digital media, or influencer space)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization recommendations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
