SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER (Campaign - Account Service)
Under moderate direction, effectively support the management of integrated marketing campaigns and execution of strategies. Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned accounts and relationship building. Work within significant limits and authority on assignments of higher complexity and coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day to day client relationships, visiting clients where needed
- Provide timely and consistent communication to clients and account team on the status of projects
- May serve as the daily contact between the Agency and the Client
- Support various data research and analysis for establishing alternatives of brand/MKT communication strategy
- Prepare Ad brief through client's accordance and data analysis
- Participate as team member in establishing and presenting advertising plan direction
- Ensure account and project management are continually aligned and executed timely and accurately
- Maintain regular communications with cross functional teams and clients
- Help account manager to manage the Client's budgets and work within them
- Active participation in monthly team finance meetings
- Supporting role for the budget controller within the account team
- Support new client development and competition PT; identify and share industry's status, client's changes and other information continuously
- Support proposing to expand current client's MKT budget; collect information on market trends and competitor's trend
SKILL REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
