As a Senior Account Executive, you will be in charge of closing enterprise sales opportunities with the top executives of the most remarkable local and multinational companies in the Philippines.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- Manage prospects from lead to close
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Engage and educate senior executives of the company (mainly HR VPs, CFOs) on the importance of the financial health of their workforce and validate SAVii as a category leader in the Philippines
- Researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Attain quota while maintaining the quality of services and respecting the company standards
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading books, and establishing personal networks
Qualifications
- Knows how to close B2B (enterprise) sales
- Is hardworking and is eager to learn about sales and our product
- Doesn't fear picking up the phone and dialing up a prospect when things get tricky
- Is coachable and open to learning new sales techniques
- Can talk to both top executives of multinational companies and top old-school local executives of the local companies
- Has the energy and motivation to keep opening another door if one door closes
