Job Description
- Collaborate build relationships with new and existing Clients
- Have concise and current product, competitive and industry knowledge
- Ensure that Client's requirements are met on a timely basis and according to the specified objectives – completed with high Client satisfaction
- Assist Clients in identifying marketing opportunities
- Help develop and secure approval for brand/communication strategy for Client's marketing programs
- Lead client Project List Alignment meetings
- Overall project management from planning, executing, and monitoring
- Ensure content calendar creation
- Manage multiple responsibilities and effectively prioritize deadlines and deliverables
- Anticipate problems and issues, and identify effective solutions
- Ensure submission of CE's to Clients that are accurate, complete and prompt
- Manage brand partnerships as part of the projects, including identifying, vetting, and executing collaborative campaigns
- Leads project preparation and presentationParticipation in brainstorming
- Coordination with the strategic teamTeamwork monitoring
- Manage media, production and regulatory requirements (FDA, DTI and ASC)
- Coordination with digital strategic team
- Collaboration for project reporting
- Lead internals
- Ensure that CE's are approved and signed before starting the project
- Coordinate with Finance Department for accurate and timely project billing
- Ensure that projects are executed profitablyGeneration of a profitability report per project
Job Type: Project Based (6 months minimum)
Work Set-up: Hybrid
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Account Management
- Experience with Advertising / Marketing Agencies is preferred
- Experience with Strat Planning is preferred
