Account Executive – The Philippines (Fintech / SaaS)
We are partnering with a global leader in financial data-driven personalization and Fintech. Using advanced AI, our client provides intelligent financial guidance to over 150 million customers monthly through partnerships with influential financial institutions globally.
Following a successful initial launch in the market—including a major tier-1 anchor bank customer expanding to 100% of the platform this summer—we are seeking an ambitious, hungry, and mid-career Enterprise Account Executive to be the primary force on the ground in the Philippines.
This role is a prime opportunity for an up-and-coming hunter sales professional ready to step up, own a territory, and relish being the first dedicated commercial execution resource in a high-growth market.
Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Hunting & Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise bank and financial services clients across the Philippines, focusing on winning new B2B SaaS contracts.
- Complex Solution Selling: Lead sophisticated, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from cold outreach to close, positioning a complex, value-add software solution that drives digital transformation and customer experience outcomes.
- C-Level Strategic Engagement: Build trust and credibility with key decision-makers and stakeholders across digital banking, marketing, and technology business units.
- Value-Based Execution: Articulate a powerful business ROI case, overcoming market or competitor bias by educating prospects on how the platform uniquely wins globally and regionally.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with dedicated local pre-sales resources (on the ground in Manila) and global cross-functional teams to deliver highly tailored technical value propositions.
- Pipeline Discipline: Maintain a meticulous sales process and disciplined pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and revenue projections to ensure predictable deal velocity.
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of proven enterprise sales experience within B2B SaaS. We are specifically looking for an energetic professional in the prime of their career development with a strong desire to prove themselves.
- Proven Track Record in Enterprise SaaS: A verifiable history of sourcing and closing complex software deals with target sizes of $250k USD ARR and up.
- Domain Focus: Strong background selling software within Financial Services / Banking OR a highly successful track record selling complex Customer Experience (CX), MarTech, or Digital Engagement SaaS solutions into large enterprises.
- The Hunter Mindset: A proactive, self-starting operator who thrives on opening doors independently and driving momentum without relying solely on an existing personal Rolodex.
- Commercial & Strategic Acumen: Ability to command a room, navigate complex procurement and legal cycles, and successfully position a high-value, premium-tier product.
- Fluency in English and deep familiarity with the local enterprise business culture in Manila.
