The Senior Visualizer is responsible for producing highquality, photorealistic renderings that communicate design intent with clarity, accuracy, and visual impact. This role supports architects, interior designers, and project teams by transforming concepts, drawings, and material specifications into compelling visual presentations. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of seven years of experience in architectural visualization, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in highend residential, hospitality, or luxury interior environments.
This position requires advanced technical skills, a refined design sensibility, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Visualization and Rendering
- Produce photorealistic still renderings, conceptual visuals, and presentation imagery for architecture and interior design projects.
- Develop lighting, materials, textures, and environments that accurately reflect design intent and project specifications.
- Create detailed 3D models or refine models provided by design teams.
- Generate multiple visual options to support design reviews, client presentations, and marketing needs.
- Ensure consistency in style, quality, and visual standards across all deliverables.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand design goals, material selections, and spatial requirements.
- Interpret drawings, sketches, and markups with precision and translate them into accurate visual outputs.
- Coordinate with external consultants, photographers, and branding teams when required.
- Participate in design discussions and provide visual feedback to support decisionmaking.
Technical Execution
- Maintain and organize rendering libraries, material databases, and project assets.
- Optimize scenes for efficient rendering without compromising quality.
- Stay current with visualization trends, rendering technologies, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to rendering software, plugins, and hardware performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of experience in architectural visualization or related fields.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic renderings for highend residential, luxury interiors, or architectural projects.
- Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, VRay, Corona, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and color theory.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Experience with postproduction workflows in Photoshop or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
