- Role Description: The Selling Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in SM Seaside City Cebu. This role is responsible for supervising the sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance to meet store targets; it oversees daily operations, including staff scheduling, merchandise display, inventory checks, and compliance with store policies and standards. The Selling Supervisor monitors sales reports, identifies opportunities for improvement, and helps maintain a safe, orderly, and engaging store environment.
- Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage customers, resolve issues, and supervise staff to support continuous performance improvement.
- Candidates should have experience in retail sales operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.
- A College Graduate in Business or a related field is preferred, along with prior supervisory experience in retail or a similar industry.
