Job Description:

Generate data for deep understanding of business/operations performance
Segment and deep dive into pain points of seller/listing types and identify drivers of operational issues from big sets of data
Exhibit advanced data analytics to devise effective detection strategies to identify problematic listings and violations to mitigate risk and ensure good user experience
Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns/behavior of sellers and listings
Develop dashboards and automated reports to keep track of operation efficiency, strategy effectiveness and agent performance
Work with cross functional teams to project manage the rollout and adoption of initiatives with reporting and tracking of impact

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in in STEM with a strong critical thinking
Knowledge in SQL and/or Python are highly desirable
Data driven and utilizes data to drive informed decision-making
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and clear presentation to management
Experience collaborating and working with multiple stakeholders from across teams and levels
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment to drive business goals and make an impact
Interest in designing operational processes and systems
Basic understanding of Data Science modeling is preferred but not essential
