Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and deploy security solutions such as firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, IAM, and data protection systems
  • Provide technical support by troubleshooting, resolving, and closing security-related issues
  • Monitor and maintain security systems to ensure they are running effectively
  • Respond to security alerts, incidents, and vulnerabilities in a timely manner
  • Perform system updates, patching, and regular health checks
  • Document configurations, issues, and resolutions clearly
  • Work with internal teams to ensure security solutions meet business needs

Education

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science or other related course.

Preferred Certifications

  • Check Point Certifications
  • Fortinet Certifications
  • Trellix Certifications
  • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of security frameworks and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple support cases and projects simultaneously
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
