As a Service Leader-Security, We Rely On You To
- Lead the team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Being part of the Hotel's Emergency Response Team and participating in scheduled emergency training and preparedness exercises.
- Monitor poolside activities and coordinate with lifeguards to maintain guest well-being.
- Enforce strict adherence to established security standards and policies.
- Provide clear guidance and coaching to maintain consistent Hotel and Departmental standards.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and report any security / safety-related issues to Management.
We Are Looking Someone Who
- Certificate or above with professional qualifications in Security Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or Security Industry
- Ability to assess risks and perform independent security / operations reviews and audits
- Sound knowledge of security access control system, alarm monitoring system and CCTV system
- Self-initiated team player with good communication skills
