Responsibilities

Join our dynamic team as a Security Officer. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our warehouse operations and personnel. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

• Patrolling and monitoring the facility to detect any suspicious activities or potential security breaches

• Responding promptly to emergency situations and liaising with local authorities as needed

• Conducting regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any potential risks or vulnerabilities

• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to security incidents and actions taken

• Collaborating with the broader security team to implement and enhance security protocols and procedures

• Providing a friendly and professional face to our customers, visitors, and employees

Requirements

• Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role, preferably in a similar industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of stakeholders

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure

• Familiarity with sec urity equipment, such as CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems

• Commitment to upholding safety and security procedures and a proactive approach to risk management

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required

• Willing to be assigned in Northpoint 2, Bustos, Bulacan
