Security Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, policies, and programs to safeguard company assets, employees, customers, and store operations while ensuring compliance with security and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and loss prevention programs across all stores and facilities.
  • Lead investigations of security incidents, theft, fraud, and other violations, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage and monitor security personnel, service providers, and security systems to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and compliance checks to identify and address vulnerabilities.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, mall management, and internal stakeholders on security and emergency response matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in security management, loss prevention, or corporate security, preferably in retail operations.
