Job Description

Deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience.

Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will spend your day delivering and managing security services across various client environments. Your role involves ensuring that these environments remain protected, compliant with relevant standards, and operationally resilient. You will engage with different teams and stakeholders to maintain the security posture and support ongoing service delivery activities in a dynamic and collaborative setting. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build Knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve service delivery. - Assist in monitoring security alerts and escalating issues as necessary. - Contribute to the documentation of processes and procedures to enhance team efficiency. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen security operations. - Engage in training sessions to stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information & Event Management Platform Operations. - Strong understanding of security monitoring and incident response processes. - Familiarity with log management and event correlation techniques. - Experience with configuring and tuning security alerts to reduce false positives. - Knowledge of compliance frameworks and their application in security operations. - Ability to analyze security events and support investigations effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have less than 1 year of experience in Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) Platform Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum less than 1 year(s) of experience is required
