Security Managed Services Practitioner

Deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience.

Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will spend your day overseeing and delivering security services tailored to various client environments. Your role involves ensuring that these environments remain protected, compliant with relevant standards, and resilient against operational disruptions. You will engage in continuous monitoring and management activities to uphold the security posture and support the overall business objectives of the clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align security operations with organizational goals. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor and evaluate security service delivery to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance Platform Operations. - Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance requirements. - Experience in managing and operating Governance Risk & Compliance platforms to support security objectives. - Ability to analyze security incidents and implement corrective actions effectively. - Familiarity with security policies, standards, and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance. - Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams to maintain operational resilience and security integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance Platform Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
