Job Description

Deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience.

Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will spend your day overseeing and delivering security services tailored to various client environments. Your role involves ensuring that these environments remain protected, compliant with relevant standards, and resilient against operational disruptions. You will engage with multiple stakeholders to maintain service quality and support continuous improvement in security operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices. - Monitor security service delivery to identify areas for enhancement. - Assist in the development and documentation of security processes and procedures. - Support incident response activities by providing timely and accurate information. - Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends and regulatory requirements to inform service improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance Platform Operations. - Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with security monitoring and incident management tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret security data to support decision-making. - Familiarity with process automation and workflow optimization within GRC platforms. - Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex security challenges. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance Platform Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
