Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will spend your day overseeing and delivering security services tailored to various client environments. Your role involves ensuring that these environments remain protected, compliant with relevant standards, and resilient against operational disruptions. You will engage with different stakeholders to maintain a secure posture and support continuous improvement in security operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with cross-functional groups to align security strategies and operational goals. - Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance. - Monitor security service delivery to ensure adherence to client requirements and industry best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Operational Technology Security. - Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards applicable to operational technology environments. - Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within industrial control systems. - Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response processes specific to operational technology. - Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective mitigation strategies. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Operational Technology Security. - This position is based at our Manila office.
