Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, your day will involve overseeing and delivering security services tailored to various client environments. You will ensure that these environments remain protected against threats, comply with relevant standards, and maintain operational resilience. Collaboration with different teams and stakeholders will be a key part of your routine to support continuous improvement and effective security management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security service delivery. - Monitor security systems and respond to incidents to minimize risk exposure. - Document processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge of security best practices. - Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM). - Strong understanding of access control models and authentication mechanisms. - Experience with identity lifecycle management and role-based access control. - Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements related to identity management. - Ability to analyze and resolve complex security issues related to user access and permissions. - Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based at our Manila office.
