Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing solutions, and monitoring systems to safeguard against potential threats. You will also engage in strategic discussions to enhance security protocols and ensure that all operations align with best practices and regulatory requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements. - Develop and maintain documentation related to security processes and protocols. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - Strong understanding of incident response and threat detection methodologies. - Experience with security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR. - Familiarity with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software. - Proficient in analyzing security logs and generating reports for stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
