Security Managed Services Practitioner

Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will spend your day overseeing and delivering security services tailored to various client environments. Your role involves ensuring that security measures are effectively implemented to maintain compliance and operational resilience. You will engage with different teams and stakeholders to monitor security postures and respond to evolving security needs, contributing to a secure and reliable operational framework. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols and address client requirements. - Continuously monitor security environments to identify potential risks and recommend improvements. - Document and communicate security processes and incident responses clearly to stakeholders. - Support the development and implementation of security policies and best practices. - Assist in training and mentoring team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and practices. - Experience with integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with various enterprise systems and applications. - Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex identity management issues efficiently. - Knowledge of scripting and automation to enhance identity governance processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
