Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and management of security services within various client environments. This role requires continuous monitoring to ensure that security measures are effective, compliance standards are met, and operational resilience is maintained. The practitioner collaborates with different stakeholders to address security challenges and supports the ongoing improvement of security processes to protect client assets and data. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with cross-functional groups to align security objectives with organizational goals. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor and evaluate security service delivery to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Delivery Governance. - Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management principles. - Experience in coordinating security operations and managing incident response activities. - Proficient in developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and governance documentation. - Ability to analyze security metrics and generate reports to support decision-making. - Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to ensure consistent application of security controls. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance. - This position is based at our Manila office.
