Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to assess security vulnerabilities, implementing necessary measures, and actively participating in discussions to enhance security protocols. You will also engage with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring a proactive approach to security management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Conduct regular assessments of security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on security initiatives and compliance requirements. - Monitor security incidents and respond effectively to mitigate risks and protect client environments. - Develop and maintain documentation related to security processes and procedures. - Provide training and support to team members and clients on security best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Security Vulnerability Management Operations. - Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and security frameworks. - Experience with security information and event management tools. - Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR. - Familiarity with network security protocols and technologies. - Experience in incident response and threat management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Security Vulnerability Management Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
