Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. This role requires continuous monitoring and management to uphold protection standards, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and maintain operational resilience. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to address security challenges and supports the seamless functioning of security operations within diverse organizational settings. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to enhance security posture and incident response. - Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize security service delivery. - Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align security objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - Strong knowledge of security monitoring tools and techniques to detect and respond to threats. - Experience in analyzing security events and logs to identify vulnerabilities and incidents. - Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements related to information security. - Ability to design and implement security use cases and correlation rules within SIEM platforms. - Proficient in incident management processes and coordinating response activities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
