Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, making critical decisions, and providing solutions to security challenges while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. - Monitor and analyze security incidents to identify trends and improve response strategies. - Facilitate training and awareness programs to promote security best practices within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Computer Security Incident Response. - Strong understanding of threat detection and incident management processes. - Experience with security information and event management tools. - Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations related to information security. - Ability to conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments. - Experience in developing incident response plans and conducting tabletop exercises. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Computer Security Incident Response. - This position is based at our Manila office.
