Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to address security incidents, analyzing data to identify potential threats, and implementing solutions to enhance security measures. You will also engage in decision-making processes that impact the security posture of the organization, ensuring that all operations align with best practices and regulatory requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures to enhance operational resilience. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities. - Provide training and support to team members on security best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - Strong understanding of incident response and threat management. - Experience with security monitoring tools and technologies. - Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations related to information security. - Experience in conducting security assessments and vulnerability management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
