Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing security measures, and providing solutions to enhance the overall security posture of the organization. You will engage in decision-making processes and support your team in navigating complex security challenges, ensuring that all operations align with best practices and regulatory requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures to enhance the security framework. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. - Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains compliant and secure. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Security Management. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Security Operations. - Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks. - Proficient in security incident response and management. - Experience with security monitoring tools and technologies. - Knowledge of cloud security principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Security Management. - This position is based at our Manila office.
