Job Description

Deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience.

Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing solutions, and providing expert guidance to enhance security measures. You will also engage in problem-solving activities to address security challenges and ensure that all operations align with best practices and regulatory requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities in security operations. - Develop and maintain documentation related to security processes and protocols. - Monitor industry trends and emerging threats to proactively adjust security strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - Strong understanding of incident response and threat management. - Experience with security compliance frameworks and regulations. - Proficient in analyzing security logs and identifying potential threats. - Familiarity with security tools and technologies used in SIEM operations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 10 year(s) of experience is required
