Job Summary:

The Security Head leads the day-to-day activities of the department relating to managing the security and safety of the company's employees, facilities, and assets.

Qualifications:

Education and Relevant Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology or any related discipline.
• Must have at least ten (10) years of corporate or private-sector security management or military service.

Certifications and Licenses

• Certified Protection Professional, Certified Security Professional, and other security / safety-related certifications.

Skills and Competencies

• Leadership skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, application of government-mandated security procedures, security training procedures application, security communication and technology procedures, ISPS application, intelligence information gathering skills, oral and written communication skills.
