Security Guard

Atlantis Security Agency Inc. is a newly established private security provider headquartered in Kidapawan City, with a satellite office in Davao City. We specialize in delivering reliable, community-driven security services for residential, commercial, and event-based environments. Our unique volunteer-based initiative empowers trusted individuals from each barangay to participate in local security efforts, especially during community events and barangay programs, where we offer our services free of charge as part of our public safety advocacy.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Guard, based in Davao. The Security Guard will be responsible for safeguarding property and personnel by patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry. The Security Guard will also report irregularities, inform violators of policy and procedures, restrain trespassers, and provide general assistance to ensure the safety and security of the area.

• Experience in patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, and inspecting buildings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with individuals on the premises
• Knowledge of security operations and safety practices
• Ability to manage crises and emergency situations effectively
• Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that require strength and stamina
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in security is a plus
