The Project Security Coordinator will provide hands on day-to-day supervision of security guard services for specific clients. As agency representative, the security coordinator is primarily responsible in ensuring effective and timely delivery of guarding services to the assigned client and that all security requirements of the client are met. He/she will be working closely with the client representative and will report directly to the agency's top management.
Required Training & Experience
- At least 3 years experience supervising or managing a large security guard force
- Solid background and knowledge in security operations, standards, and regulations, as well as crisis management and business continuity
- Experience in conducting security audits, risk assessments, and investigations
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, communication tools, and other relevant software applications
- Professional certification such as CSP, CPP, or PSP, is highly desirable

- Knowledge of and experience in risk assessment, security audit, security systems, corporate security policies, crisis management, business continuity;
- High level of personal integrity and professionalism;
