Support Security Manager in the management of the Aviation Security Program in accordance with the Local Authorities/Regulators and UPS standards
Develop, implement and enforce security policies and procedures; Conduct Security investigations and present findings
Respond to internal and external customer and stakeholder security concerns
Aptitude to interact with authorities and regulators, leveraging on an established security background and strategic partnerships
Manage team including Facility Security Coordinators, Specialist, and Vendor Staff - Security Officers and guards
Capability to meet its functional peers, deal with pressure and demands of Hub and Gateway operators, being challenged on satisfying own deliverables
Requirements & Qualifications
Ideally with a minimum of 3 years experience in the transportation/airline industry
At least 5 years of people management skills is an advantage
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma preferred
Possesses good communication and comprehension skills
Able to work with all levels of employee hierarchy, Vendors, and external stakeholders (Appropriate Authorities / Regulators, Law Enforcement, Customers)
Must be able to travel, work the night shift and have flexible hours
Capable of developing and implementing projects and programs
With proven decision-making, problem-solving, analytical skills
Requires demonstrated skills in MS Word and Excel, with PowerPoint as a plus
