What you will do:
- Security Program Management: Lead and oversee physical and operational security programs across assigned restaurant locations to ensure safety and compliance, asset protection, and brand integrity.
- Risk Assessment and Compliance: Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement measures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Crisis and Incident Management: Lead investigations on security incidents, support emergency response, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Stakeholder and Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, franchisee operators, law enforcement, and external partners.
- Systems and Performance Monitoring: Manage security and safety systems, and analyze data to track risks, monitor performance, and improve overall operations.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, Safety Engineering, Security Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a seasoned security professional, preferably handling large‑scale operations within the QSR or retail industry (multi-site environment).
- Relevant experience in security operations, safety compliance, risk management, or investigations.
- Must have Safety Officer certification (SO2 or SO3); additional security and safety certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across internal and external partners.
