Job Description
This role is required to lead the security systems initiatives and management. With the following specific scope:
- Management of granting access rights to authorized requesters.
- Approval of systems design and architecture to be used in external facilities like hubs and drop off points.
- Approval of deployment of number of devices according to SPX standards
- Manage repairs and maintenance requirements for camera deployment.
- Manage reporting system of observations conducted by CCTV Operations Center
- Operate new SPX Situational Awareness tool ensuring visibility of the platform in the Command Center
- The position is envisaged to be providing timely, critical, and actionable information especially during crisis conditions to leadership according to procedures.
- Ensure systems functionality and up-time rates are optimize and cause the actions to ensure that outages are address according to priorities
- Support business requirements for CCTV feed when needed in investigations
Requirements
- Relevant experience in operating, maintaining and providing leadership to security systems in a corporate environment Industrial security preferably in Logistics or E-commerce environments.
- Relevant certified security systems training and advantage (any platform)
- Experience in Security systems project management and execution including budget planning, Bill of quantities, project timelines etc. is preferred.
- Multi level communicator and influencer
- Preferably engineering, electronics systems background and education Self starter and can work with high degree of autonomy using sound judgment, experience and existing policies and procedures;
- Must be able understand and interpret engineering drawings and understand system architecture diagrams
