Security and Compliance Junior Analyst

Join our team as a Security and Compliance Junior Analyst!

Are you passionate about cybersecurity, risk management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can help strengthen our organization's security posture while supporting compliance initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Support information security and compliance programs across the organization.
• Assist in conducting IT security assessments, audits, and risk evaluations.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
• Identify security risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security controls and operational processes.
• Assist in preparing audit documentation, reports, and compliance evidence.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in IT audit, information security, compliance, or related IT operations functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Professional certification in information security or compliance is highly preferred, such as:
• CISSP
• CISM
• CEH
• CRISC
• CISA
• CompTIA Security+
• Knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and IT governance principles.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
