As the security operations associate, primary responsibility is to Monitor, review CCTV, and identify the root cause of the alarms that are triggered by the system.
Position Responsibilities
- Monitor, review CCTV, and identify the root cause of the alarms that are triggered by the system
- Download badge reads of specific alarms for investigation
- Coordinate with POC to escalate to GSOC any anomalies and suspicious activity found in an area and create incident reports and dispatch security officers when needed
- Coordinate with POC and create ticket for camera or door issues that hinder review/monitoring
- Conduct investigation on irregular activities that may compromise data center and overall site securities
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is Preferred but not required
- Good Command of the English Language (Verbal & Written)
- 2-4 Years Experience with Security, Safety, Investigative Field, and Operating CCTV Hardware - With Exposure to Security Software Tools and Video Monitoring
- Background in Handling Confidential or High-Level Security Information - Able to Maintain High Sense of Urgency
- Intermediate Proficiency w/ Microsoft Office Tools is Required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Security, Safety, Investigative Field, and Operating CCTV Hardware - with Exposure to Security Software Tools and Video Monitoring
