Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assisting walk in/by appointment clients in reviewing the validity of their stocks.
- Answering telephone/email queries on stock certificates, lodgment, and upliftment transactions.
- Processing of Upliftment Transactions (conversion of scripless shares to stock certificated shares) in BOSS system and ECS system in a specific turnaround time.
- Processing of Lodgment (conversion of stock certificates to scripless shares) Transactions in BOSS system and ECS system in a specific turnaround time.
- Serves as direct back-up to other co-employees within Securities Settlement Unit.
- Processing of Certification of Holdings and Bank Beneficial Ownership.
- Responsible in processing, safekeeping, and withdrawal of physical stock certificates in vault.
- Processing transfer of shares to heirs and consolidation of shares.
- Other duties that will be assign from time to time.
- Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
