About the role:
Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc. is looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Section Manager – Store Operations Audit to lead and oversee internal audit engagements across store operations for Shakey's, Peri-Peri, and Potato Corner (local and international operations).
This role is responsible for ensuring audit quality, compliance with IIA standards, operational risk management, and effective supervision of audit teams. The position plays a critical role in strengthening internal controls, improving operational processes, and safeguarding company assets across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of risk-based store operations audits across multiple brands and territories.
- Supervise and guide audit teams in conducting fieldwork, audit testing, and reporting.
- Review audit working papers, findings, and reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Evaluate operational controls including cash handling, inventory management, franchise compliance, POS integrity, and operational processes,
- Monitor closure of audit findings and management action plans.
- Prepare audit summaries and reports for leadership and Audit Committee presentations,
- Conduct special audits, investigations, and management-requested reviews when necessary,
- Coach and develop audit team members to drive performance and capability growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Internal Auditing
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is an advantage
- At least 4 years of progressive audit experience with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Experience in retail, franchise, store operations, or restaurant audit is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk assessment, and operational controls
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Work Setup
