Makro Philippines (CP Axtra AC Corporation) is looking for a Section Manager – Non-Food is responsible for managing the overall operations of the assigned non-food section, ensuring optimal product availability, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, sales growth, and exceptional customer service. The role supervises section staff, implements company standards, and works closely with purchasing, warehouse, and store management to achieve operational and financial goals in both retail and wholesale environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail or wholesale operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience managing non-food categories such as home essentials, appliances, hardware, stationery, toys, sporting goods, or similar product lines is preferred.
- Proven track record in sales management, inventory control, and team leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and retail inventory or POS systems.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
