About the Company

The Operation Section is responsible for supervising day-to-day operational activities within the FC, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operational flow. The role focuses on issue resolution, shift coordination, backlog management, and continuous communication between stores, partners, and the operations team.

About the Role

To work closely with 3PL and subcontractor for KPI, OTIF, On time delivery and On time dispatch. Follow up pending POD with 3 supervisors Lead team to pushing driver performance and training. Lead and support cost saving, cost per order. Trouble shooting locus issue and error. Work with vendor management and store team for truck rotation. Work with DC team to reduce bottle neck. Verify billing subcontract, pay scheme. Waiting time and incentive.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Vocational Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or supply chain coordination.

Required Skills

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic reporting tools (Excel, Words, etc.).
